Eric brings over twenty years of experience in tax preparation services including personal (1040), partnership (1065), and corporate (1120/1120S) tax returns with a focus on self-employed and small business (up to several million per year in gross). Eric also provides taxpayer representation in IRS, state and local taxing authority audits.

Eric is remote-capable for most services to stay safe during Covid-19.

Passed the 4 part CPA Certified Public Accountant exam, licensed NYS CPA (#126445)
Passed the 3 part SEE Special Enrollment Examination exam, Enrolled Agent (#117327-EA) with taxpayer representation rights before the IRS in all 50 states.

Bio

Eric Wood is a lifelong resident of Ulster County. He attended Ellenville High School and later attended Ulster Community College with dual admission with SUNY Albany. Eric began his career by interning with several local firms in the Ulster County area while attending college from 1998-2002. He began working full time with a local CPA firm after graduating from college in 2002. Eric started his own practice in 2019. You can usually find Eric enjoying one of the local golf courses or otherwise enjoying the outdoors when he’s not behind a desk.
